RF200 NEO2: Installed at actual size on our stand

🔥 The RF200 NEO2 asphalt plant incorporates RETROFLUX Ermont technology, enabling aggregates to be dried, heated and mixed in a single drum. It enables versatile asphalt production (hot, warm, semi-warm, colored) while optimizing binder use and promoting a high recycling rate (up to 50% recycled aggregate).

♻️ Its high energy efficiency combined with the possible use of decarbonated fuels such as bio-fuel and hydrogen, enable it to reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 50%.

Hydrogen burner: Integrated into our RF200 NEO2

🔥 Our hydrogen burner is capable of running on 100% gas, 100% hydrogen or a mixture of the two.

⚙️ This solution offers a concrete alternative to fossil fuels and enables total decarbonization of the material heating and drying process, without compromising on production performance.

💡 The TRX INCITY is based on an innovative serial double-drum process and a continuous twin-shaft mixer, enabling extreme recycling of asphalt aggregates, in excess of 70%, with a single burner. It guarantees total remobilization of the binder, essential for ensuring the quality and durability of recycled asphalt mixes.

·         First drum : Drying and heating of aggregates. Hot air is generated for drying and heating the asphalt aggregates produced in the second drum.

·         Second drum: based on the DuoTherm process, dries asphalt aggregates by heat exchange with slightly overheated aggregates and moderate-temperature gases, and transfers binder from the asphalt aggregates to the aggregates. Recirculation of the gases from the second drum into the flame of the first drum enables the temperature of the gases from the hot air generator to be adjusted, while reducing incineration emissions.

·         The mixer: located at the outlet of the second drum, mixes the added binder and any regenerant, while preserving them.

♻️ It's also a benchmark solution in terms of recycling and carbon footprint reduction. Its compact design makes it the most efficient plant on the market for maximum recycling. It also significantly reduces CO₂ emissions thanks to optimized energy consumption and the recovery of raw materials. Finally, it strictly complies with VOC standards thanks to DuoTherm technology, which protects the binder and incinerates part of the emissions.
