The eTANK® is a containerised high-performance storage tank adapted to all kinds of road binders and fitted to meet any current environmental requirement, even the most stringent.
Besides its undeniable economical advantage thanks to its CSC approved container format allowing for its transportation / installation at low costs, the eTANK® is designed in an ecological way and benefits from state-of-the-art technologies that help it keep a low carbon footprint and that facilitate integration into the environment.
HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY
The eTANK®, electrically heated binder storage tank, shows very low energy consumptions. This energy performance is achieved thanks to multiple solutions:
• Electrically heated tank, piping and accessories.
• Reinforced insulation.
• Total removal of all thermal bridges.
• Technology to recover energy present in the fumes (see below).
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In addition to energy solutions, the eTANK® can be equipped with a built-in retention tray guaranteeing zero material leak, and can benefit from the top-of-the-range technology that recovers energy present in the fumes created by the generator set to contribute to the tank’s temperature maintenance (-50% of energy consumption and CO2 emissions).
The eTANK® is also designed to blend into the surrounding environment in order to minimise its visual impact. Compact, horizontal and low-height design, loading arm foldable into the container (option), connections between tanks made inside the container, all of which are advantages that allow the eTANK® to blend in.
SUPERTRANSFERABILITY
The eTANK®’s supertransferability allows it to significantly reduce all logistics around its transportation and installation, thus directly decreasing its carbon footprint.
It benefits from a CSC approved container-format, embedded equipment (retention tray, loading group, dosing group, generator set, etc.) or retractable equipment (loading arm, etc.). Easy and quick transportation, as well as setting-up as close as possible to the jobsite, directly reduce binder supply logistics from the eTANK® to application machines. Its installation does not require any concrete foundations (removal of associated CO2 emissions), simple stabilised grounds are enough, and can even be craneless (use of self-loading trailer or eTANK® in mobile version permanently settled on trailer).
